Wardrobe quick fix - Remedies for wide feet..

I enjoy sharing wardrobe solutions with my readers and clients, as the cost of buying ill-fitted clothes, shoes and accessories can be huge, not forgetting the wasted wardrobe space. One of my costliest wardrobe mistakes are shoes! I have a couple, worn just once for about an hour, because they were so tight I simply couldn't walk in them.

Of course there are solutions, investing in a Wooden Shoe Stretcher that expands both length and width of your tight-fitting shoes, providing you with a roomier, more comfortable fit all day long. It helps eliminate rubbing that can cause blisters and calluses on your tender feet. Simply place the wood foot-shaped stretcher in your shoe, and turn the adjustable dial to stretch length, width, or both. They include plug-in stretch pods to help relieve painful corns, bunions and hammertoes. Home Trends 2-Way Wooden Shoe Stretchers are made to accommodate both left and right shoes.

I've had the pair below almost 2 years now, have worn to a networking event that lasted 2 hours and that's it. It gorgeous but tight fitted. Knowing the sizes of your local shops is essential. I have learnt that with river Island, Dune and Dorothy Perkins shoes, I have to go one size up as I fall under the category of big -wide feet..but I adore gorgeous shoes such as these! Well help is at hand, thanks to the shoe stretcher I purchased from Clarks @ £20. Just under 24hrs and this pair fits perfectly well.

This is a shot taken after stretching just one of the pair, the stretched pair is visibly wider and feels so too.

Pop down to your local shoe shop and ask for shoe stretchers. They come in different shapes and sizes to cater for different feet problems. Or go to Clarks - For '£20 ' ..It's definately worth having than a pair of shoes that leaves you with bunions, hammertoes and makes you walk funny.....
